With whakapapa to Kāi Tahu, Kāti Māmoe, and Waitaha, Kelsie previously worked for Whai Rawa, Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu whānau investment scheme which fostered her passion for encouraging and supporting positive intergenerational outcomes for whānau.
