Gina specialises in family dispute resolution work. Her practice primarily focuses on all areas of family law including relationship property, care of children, and family protection.
Gina has been appointed by the Family Court as Counsel for Subject Person in proceedings under the Protection of Property and Personal Rights Act 1988. She is also appointed by the Family Court as Lawyer for Child and to represent patients who are in need of legal assistance in proceedings under the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992.
Gina regularly appears in the Family Court and has appeared in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. She has also appeared in the Employment Relations Authority.
