Damian graduated from the University of Otago in 2011 and was admitted to the bar in 2013.
As a part of our family law team, Damian is involved in all areas of Family Law including family violence, custody issues and Oranga Tamariki proceedings. Everyone has a story to tell and Damian will make sure yours is told effectively. Damian enjoys putting clients cases forward in court but is equally at home in negotiating a good settlement.
Outside of the office, he has a keen passion for rugby, having been a referee for over a decade, and serving on the BOPRU judicial panel for a number of years.
Damian is committed and passionate about ensuring that everyone gets an equal opportunity to get their case heard no matter who they are or whatever circumstances they find themselves in.
