Bianca plays a vital role in supporting the Criminal and Family teams and ensures the smooth operation of legal processes from start to finish. Bianca is often the first point of contact for clients, providing a compassionate and confidential presence during what can be highly sensitive and emotional times. She manages everything from preparing legal documents and court bundles to coordinating appointments and maintaining communication between clients, solicitors, and third parties.
Prior to working at Lance Lawson, Bianca was an Early Childhood Teacher for 7 years but decided on a career change; a challenge which she has enjoyed and excelled at.
