Mia Flannery

Mia has both a law degree and a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Psychology. Mia has a keen interest in children and the law, the welfare of clients and domestic violence proceedings. She strives through her legal practice to ensure a better outcome for her clients.

Mia’s psychology background enables a balanced and insightful approach to client’s issues, and with a young family herself, she can understand the kind of issues that families encounter. Mia has an innate ability to listen to a client’s story and narrow it down to identify the legal issues and present their case in a clear and succinct way. She undertakes work for private clients, clients who wish to apply for legal aid and also clients under FLAS (Family Legal Advice Service).
