Gina has worked at Lance Lawson since 2008 and has significant experience in a broad range of litigation areas. Prior to joining Lance Lawson, Gina was employed as a Judges’ Research Counsel which provided valuable insight into court processes and decision making.

Gina regularly appears in the Family, District and High Courts. Gina has also appeared in the Employment Relations Authority and Court of Appeal.

Gina’s practice primarily focuses on all areas of Family Law including care of children, guardianship, relocation and family protection.  Gina is appointed by the Court to represent children in family disputes.  She is also appointed by the Court to represent patients who are in need of legal assistance in proceedings under the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992.

Gina has a particular interest in relationship property and advises clients on complex areas of relationship property including the potential implications of trusts and asset protection.

Gina’s wide-ranging background of experience in a broad range of litigation areas provides her with an excellent range of skills to assist her clients and provide a well-rounded perspective on any issue.
