Erin Reilly

Erin is a Litigation Lawyer at Lance Lawson who appears in the District, High and Court of Appeal Courts of New Zealand. She is also a Council member of the New Zealand Law Society Waikato/Bay of Plenty branch.

Erin joined the firm in 2013 as a Criminal Law specialist and has since practiced in Criminal, Family and Employment Litigation work. She has also built a strong appellate practice appearing in the High Court of New Zealand and the Court of Appeal dealing with difficult and complex legal issues.

Erin has previously been a Research Counsel in Rotorua and has utilized this role to obtain particular insight into the decision making process of the Judiciary. Erin applies this in her representation of her clients to maximise the strength and potential of her client’s cases.

Erin is an analytical, attentive and compassionate lawyer who fights for her clients and does not shy away from the difficult issues.
